Fort helps improve your corporate image through commercial real estate
Furmanite quickly needed a new facility to accommodate their growing Midwest operation.  Their previous facility had the unique amenities necessary to operate their business, but the location and image were far from ideal.  The challenge presented to Fort Inc. was finding a new facility that better represented the company’s image in a location that was central to their client base, and that would help attract new employees as the company grew.  Furmanite’s equipment, and the products they service, required heavy power and loading doors that were not prevalent in their desired product type.

Fort Helps Leverage Landlord Improvements
In order to keep up with growing demand for its service Enlightened 4D imaging (Enlightened) would need to purchase additional equipment, and expand its footprint.  With a very specialized service Enlightened was able to draw customers from an extended region, but knew it was missing a key geographic market. Fort Inc. was given the challenge of identifying a central destination location that required minimal capital improvements so Enlightened could focus its resources on growth.

Netsource was in a position that required them to relocate, but they were still obligated to make payments on their existing space. With a goal of limiting the partners rental exposure Netsource would continue operating out of its current space, and would not sign a lease for new space until a tenant for their existing space was secured.  Fort Inc. was provided the challenge of procuring a new tenant for the Landlord, identifying a transition space for Netsource, and ensuring the timelines of each transaction limited the partnerships rental exposure.
