Jake is a partner and commercial real estate broker at Fort Inc. He specializes in investment transactions in single and multi-tenant industrial, office and retail properties. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience Jake is well versed in the sales, leasing, and development of commercial real estate properties. Jake represents buyers, sellers and tenants in Commercial Real Estate transactions throughout the greater Minneapolis – St. Paul, Minnesota markets. | ||
Prior to founding Fort Inc. Jake worked for Langer Real Estate Services (a boutique commercial real estate firm headquartered in the SE Twin Cities market) from 2005 to 2012. Jake’s role was multidisciplinary providing experience in both the marketing and sales/leasing departments. As marketing director Jake’s role ranged from overseeing the broad company marketing and communication plan down to specific property advertising campaigns. His skill set naturally translated into the sales and leasing department where he negotiated and closed transactions ranging from small office leases to large complex build-to-suit developments. | ||
Jake graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2004 with a bachelor of science in business administration and a major in marketing. | ||
